Choosing the right career for oneself is the most important decision in any individual’s life. Career planning starts in the secondary and senior secondary school years. An adequate understanding of oneself regarding academic potential, attributes, talents, interests, personality, values, expectations and resources is very useful in this process.
Post the testing, a copy of the Career Guidance report was given to each student for future reference.
Subsequently, a detailed explanation of the reports and information on the plethora of careers across different streams was given to the parents and students in the Career Guidance Workshops conducted.
